SOP: How to follow-up leads from Admin Panel.

🎯 Objective:

To ensure every unconverted lead (user who initiated the flow but didn’t complete checkout) is followed up systematically and given the opportunity to convert.


👤 Responsible Team:

Sales / Tele-calling Team


✅ Tools Required:

  • Cashkr Admin Panel

  • Calling device (phone or CRM dialer)

  • Calling Script


🪜 Step-by-Step Process:

🔍 Step 1: Go to “All Leads”

  • Login to the Cashkr Admin Panel

  • Navigate to: Leads → All Leads

  • These are users who didn’t complete the checkout

☎️ Step 2: Filter Leads Based on Action Needed

  • Use the following views:

    • Not Called: No follow-up action has been taken

    • Callbacks: Customer asked for a call later

    • High Ends: High-value devices with top commissions (prioritize)

📝 Step 3: Start Calling With Script

  • Call each lead using a defined follow-up script (ask if you need help drafting one)

  • Key things to identify on the call:

    • Did the customer face a technical issue?

    • Was there any price or trust concern?

    • Are they looking to sell later?

Update disposition after each call.

🔁 Step 4: Disposition and Tag the Lead

  • After the call, tag lead as:

    • Converted (if customer agrees to book)

    • Callback (if they need a call later)

    • Not Interested

    • Invalid Number

Use the lead tagging or update log if available inside Admin Panel or shared follow-up sheet.

📆 Step 5: Re-attempt

  • If no contact is established after 3 attempts:

    • Mark the lead as unreachable or escalate if it’s a high-end model


🔁 Frequency:

  • New leads should be called within 2 hours

  • Unanswered or callback leads should be re-attempted twice within 24 hours


🧠 Notes:

  • Prioritize High-End leads as they carry higher commissions

  • Use voice + WhatsApp (if policy allows) for better conversion

  • Collect common objections to help improve marketing/sales approach
