🪜 Step-by-Step Process:
✅ Step 1: Open the Lead in Admin Panel

Go to: Admin Panel → Leads → All Leads / Not Called / Callback / High Ends

Use filters or search bar to locate the lead by:

Name

Phone number

Lead ID

✅ Step 2: Click to Edit Disposition
Once inside the lead record:
