How to Check if a Pickup Was Already Assigned to Another Vendor

To verify whether a pickup has already been assigned to a vendor — especially in cases where multiple orders or vendor confusion exists.


🪜 Step-by-Step Guide

🔍 Step 1: Search Using Customer’s Phone Number

  1. Go to the Admin Panel

  2. Navigate to Orders → Search Bar

  3. Enter the customer’s mobile number

📌 This will show all orders linked to the same user.

⚠️ Look for multiple orders with same model/address — it may indicate duplicate or reassigned orders.

📄 Step 2: Open the Suspected Order → Check Order Logs

  1. Click on the Order ID

  2. Open the Order Logs / History tab

Check for:

  • Assigned vendor name

  • Reassignment entries

  • Timestamps of assignment or status updates

✅ If a vendor was previously assigned, it will clearly show in logs.

🗃️ Step 3: Confirm Vendor Activity

If logs show it was assigned, you can also check:

  • If the vendor opened the order

  • Whether they contacted the user (Call logs available)

  • Whether it was reassigned or failed
