How To Identify & Call High Value Leads

🎯 Objective:

To prioritize follow-up on high-end device leads (iPhones, MacBooks, flagship phones) that offer higher margins and commission potential, and convert them quickly.

🪜 Step-by-Step Process:

✅ Step 1: Access the High-End Leads List

  1. Go to Admin Panel → Leads → High Ends

  2. These are auto-flagged leads based on:

    • Device model (e.g., iPhone 14 Pro Max, MacBook Pro, Fold series, etc.)

    • Estimated value (₹20,000+ or custom logic)

    • Recent lead submission but no checkout completed

     

  3. View each lead’s:

    • Name

    • Phone number

    • City/pincode

    • Device details

    • Date/time of lead

    • Status (e.g., Not Called, Callback)

✅ Step 2: Prioritize Based on Freshness

Sort leads by:

  • Most recent → oldest

  • Focus first on leads <24 hours old

  • Then go to uncontacted leads from past 2–3 days

✅ Step 3: Prepare Before Calling

  • Check:

    • Device model and estimated quote

    • Any notes (if callbacks were added)

    • City and vendor availability for pickup

     

  • Keep coupon codes or offers ready if needed to close the deal

✅ Step 4: Call Script (Quick Version)

“Hi [Customer Name], I’m calling from Cashkr regarding your recent price check for your [Device Model]. You didn’t complete the order, just wanted to check if you had any questions or if I can assist in booking a pickup for you today?”

✅ Step 5: Handle Objections with Rebuttals

After call:
