📦 Step 1: Identify Recently Completed Orders

  • Go to Admin Panel → Orders → Completed

  • Filter by recent 1–2 day pickups

  • Prioritize users who:

     

    • Received full payout

    • Had smooth communication

    • Didn’t raise complaints

🤝 Step 2: Send a Friendly Review Request Message

Send via WhatsApp (preferred) or SMS/Email depending on user preference.

  • Tag order as “Review Request Sent”
