How to Share an Invoice with the User Manually

🎯 Purpose:

To help the support team quickly share an invoice with the customer in case they request it via WhatsApp, call, or email.


🪜 Step-by-Step Process

🔍 Step 1: Locate the Order

  • Go to Admin Panel → Orders → All Orders

  • Search using Order ID, Customer Number, or Device Model

📄 Step 2: Download the Invoice

  • Once the order is located, scroll to the Invoice section

  • Click Download Invoice (PDF)

  • The invoice will have:

     

    • Order ID

    • Customer Name

    • Pickup Date

    • Device Details

    • Final Payout Amount

    • GST (if applicable)

📤 Step 3: Share via Preferred Channel

Depending on how the customer reached out:

  • WhatsApp: Upload PDF and send with message:

    “Hi, here’s your invoice for your recent Cashkr order. Let us know if you need anything else.”
  • Email: Subject: Your Cashkr Invoice – Order #[XXXX]

    Body:

    “Dear [Customer Name],
    Please find attached the invoice for your recent device sale with Cashkr.
    Regards,
    Team Cashkr”
  • SMS (If Needed):

    “Hi, your Cashkr invoice is ready. Please check your WhatsApp or email for details.”

📝 Step 4: Note It in CRM or Ticket (Optional)

  • If user had raised a CX Genie ticket for invoice → Close the ticket

  • If call/WhatsApp-based request → Add an internal note in CRM:

    “Invoice shared manually on [channel] – Order #[ID]”
