How to Guide Customer on Where to Check Order Status

🎯 Purpose:

To help users easily find and track the status of their order from either the website or mobile app.


🪜 Step-by-Step Guide

💻 If User is on the  Website :

“You can check your order status by logging into your account and going to:
Profile → Orders

📍 From there, they’ll see:

  • Status (Scheduled / In Progress / Completed / Cancelled)

  • Pickup date & time

  • Order ID and device details

📱 If User is on the Cashkr App :

“Just open the app, and you’ll find an Orders section right on the home screen or in the bottom menu.”

They can:

  • Track live pickup status

  • See payment status

  • Reschedule or cancel if needed (if still allowed)
