How to Reschedule a Pickup (Operations via Admin Panel)

✅ Purpose:

To allow the operations team to reschedule a customer’s pickup request by updating the date and time slot in the Admin Panel.


🪜 Step-by-Step Process:

Step 1: Open Admin Panel

  • Go to Orders → Search Order ID or Phone Number

  • Click to open the Order Details

Step 2: Click “Edit Pickup Slot” or “Reschedule Pickup”

  • You’ll see a date and time selector.

Step 3: Choose New Schedule

  • Select a new:

    • Date (must be within 3–5 days range)

    • Time Slot (e.g., Morning, Afternoon, Evening)

  • Click “Update Pickup Slot”

Step 4: Confirm Changes

System automatically pushes update to:

    • Vendor App (shows new pickup time)

    • Customer App / Notification System

Step 5: Add Internal Note (Optional)

In the Admin Panel:

“Pickup rescheduled by Ops as per customer request to [New Date & Slot]”
