Script : B2C Follow-Up Calling Script with Rebuttals

🎯 Objective:

Convert warm leads by reminding, resolving doubts, and creating urgency to complete checkout or sell the device.


✅ Pre-Call Checklist

  1. Open Admin Panel > Leads > All Leads

  2. Check:

    • Device model

    • Estimated price

    • City/pincode

    • Date of lead

    • Status (e.g., Not Called, Callback, High End)

  3. Note down relevant info before calling


☎️ Script Structure:

1. Opening Hook (30 seconds)

“Hello, am I speaking with [Customer Name]?”
“Hi, this is [Your Name] calling from Cashkr – you had checked your device’s value with us for a pickup, but didn’t complete the checkout. Just wanted to help you out in case you were facing any issue or had any questions?”

(Pause and let them speak.)

2. Objection Handling & Rebuttals

If they say:

🔹 “I was just checking the price.”

“Totally understand! Just wanted to inform you that the price fluctuates based on market – and today’s value might reduce later. I can help you lock the current price if you sell now.”

🔹 “I’m not ready to sell right now.”

🔹 “Waiting for a better offer.”

🔹 “I’m planning to sell during a sale or later.”

3. CTA (Call-to-Action) – Book the Pickup

4. If They Say YES:

  • Guide them to complete checkout OR

  • Mark for vendor follow-up and assign if needed

5. If They Say NOT NOW or LATER:

  • Mark them as Callback

  • Add reason & preferred time/date in notes

  • Set reminder
