Applies to SEO Specialist, Marketing Manager, and Tech Team for:

  • Core Website Pages

  • App-linked Pages


Frequency

  • Full Audit: Monthly (1st week of every month)

  • Mini Audit: Weekly quick scan for urgent issues

  • Post Major Changes: Immediately after website updates, new launches, or migration


Responsibility

  • Primary: SEO Specialist — identification & reporting of issues

  • Secondary: Tech Team — fixing technical errors

  • Approval: Marketing Manager — prioritization & resource allocation


Tools Required

  • SiteGuru — automated site-wide technical SEO audit

  • Clickrank — page-level SEO scoring and optimization hints

  • Google Search Console (GSC) — crawl errors, indexing, coverage, mobile usability

  • Google PageSpeed Insights — performance metrics (Core Web Vitals)

  • Ubersuggest — keyword performance checks post-fix

  • Screaming Frog SEO Spider (optional for deep crawl)


Process Steps

Step 1: Technical SEO Audit

  1. SiteGuru Monthly Audit

    • Run a full site scan.

    • Export report to identify:

      • Missing/duplicate meta titles & descriptions

      • Broken links (internal & external)

      • Missing alt tags on images

      • Heading structure errors (H1 duplicates or missing)

      • Canonical tag issues

    • Check for:
