To ensure Content Writers receive daily SEO-optimized blog topics that align with brand goals, target audience, and search demand, while avoiding duplication and maintaining high search performance.
Scope
Applicable to SEO Specialist, Marketing Manager, and Content Writers for both Cashkr and BigBoldTech.com.
Frequency
Daily — Topics must be finalized and shared before 12:00 PM IST every working day.
Responsibility

Competitor Blog Analysis (Cashify, Yaantra, Flipkart Recommerce for Cashkr; similar niche competitors for BigBoldTech.com)

Google Search (People Also Ask, Related Searches)

Shared Google Sheet (Topic Master List)
Process Steps
Step 1: Collect Topic Ideas

Open Ubersuggest → Search for main keywords related to both brands.

Note down topics with:

Search Volume >500 (for Cashkr) / >300 (for BigBoldTech.com)

Keyword Difficulty <40 (preferably)

Relevance to brand offerings & audience.

Visit competitor blogs and note down:

Step 2: Finalize Topics
