📅 Step-by-Step Process:


✅ Step 1: Maintain Influencer Collaboration Tracker

Update after each campaign:

✅ Step 2: Send Festive Greetings (Quarterly / Major Events)

For Diwali, New Year, Holi, Eid, etc.:

  • 🎁 Send an e-card or gift (optional)

  • 💬 WhatsApp/email message with personalization

  • ✨ Use Canva festive greeting templates with brand elements

📌 Format example:

“Hey [Name], team Cashkr wishes you a sparkling Diwali! Grateful for our past collabs & looking forward to more wins together. ✨🎉”

✅ Step 3: Share Early Access to Campaigns

When launching a new campaign, offer early preview:

  • Share brief about upcoming collab before public launch

  • Ask for interest before general influencer outreach

  • Give content exclusivity window if possible (24–48 hrs)

✅ Step 4: Re-Engagement Every 3 Months

For influencers not contacted recently:

  • Sort by "Last Collaboration Date"

  • Shortlist top 20 past influencers

  • Send friendly re-engagement message:

  • Store all conversations (email/WhatsApp screenshots) in campaign folders

  • Save assets created by influencers for future repurposing

  • Don’t spam — relationship > volume

  • Always personalize messages and remember small details (pets, hobbies, etc.)

  • Respect professional boundaries; schedule calls if needed
