🎯 Objective:

To produce high-quality, brand-aligned social media creatives across all content types (service, offers, testimonials, e-waste, referral, industry) that are visually engaging and formatted for each platform.


🛠️ Tools Required:

  • Design Tool: Canva (Pro)

  • Communication: Slack / WhatsApp / Email

  • Storage: Canva folders + Google Drive

  • Approval: Canva comment system + Marketing Manager

📋 Step-by-Step Process


✅ Step 1: Task Brief from Marketing Manager

  • Marketing Manager provides:

    • Content type: (e.g., offer, e-waste, testimonial, referral, etc.)

    • Purpose: Engagement / Sales / Education

    • Key theme or message to convey

    • Deadline & platforms

✅ Step 2: Visual Concept Ideation

  • Graphic Designer opens Canva

  • Based on brief, decides:

    • Key visual idea

    • Supporting icons/images

    • Placeholder headline/words for layout planning

✅ Step 3: Apply Brand Guidelines

✅ Step 5: Internal Review & Feedback

  • Share design link (via Canva) with Marketing Manager

  • Follow naming format:

    e.g., 2025-08-02_Service_Instagram_v1

  • Allow up to 3 rounds of feedback via Canva comments

✅ Step 6: Final Save & Organize

  • Once approved, store final designs in:
    Canva > Cashkr Social Media Creatives > [Month] > [Content Type]

  • Export formats for scheduling:

    • JPEG/PNG for static

    • Keep text editable for caption writing

✅ Step 7: Handoff for Caption Writing

  • Notify Copywriter with:

    • Design preview

    • Final theme/topic

    • Post type + CTA idea (if relevant)

  • Do not reuse festival templates for generic content without adjusting message
