How to Conduct Influencer Outreach for Campaigns

To reach out to shortlisted influencers professionally, communicate campaign expectations, and initiate collaborations that align with Cashkr’s brand goals.

  • Gmail or brand email ID

  • Instagram DM (for first contact if needed)

  • WhatsApp (only if previously engaged or appropriate)

  • Google Sheet (Outreach Tracker)

  • Optional: Aimfox, Collabstr, or influencer tools (if used)


📅 Frequency:

Per campaign or quarterly, based on content calendar

✅ Step 1: Finalize Outreach Message Template

Create a professional, personalized message. Template:

✅ Step 3: Track Responses in Outreach Sheet

Columns to maintain:

  • Influencer Name

  • Platform

  • Date Contacted

  • Response Status (No Reply / Interested / Rejected / In Talks)

  • Follow-up Date

  • Notes (payment asked, collab idea, etc.)

Store sheet in:

✅ Step 4: Send Campaign Brief & Deliverables

Once they show interest:

Send a campaign brief with:

  • Brand overview

  • Campaign theme

  • Deliverables (Reel, Post, Story, etc.)

  • Posting deadline

  • CTA & Hashtags

  • Sample caption (optional)

  • Compensation terms (if paid)

✅ Step 5: Follow Up (if no reply)

  • Wait 3–4 days, then send a polite follow-up

  • Close the loop after 2 follow-ups if there’s no response

✅ Step 6: Share for Negotiation (If Applicable)

  • If influencer requests custom pricing or timeline:

    • Flag to Marketing Manager for approval

    • Decide on barter vs paid model

    • Negotiate clearly and professionally
