✅ Step 2: Gather Metrics

  • Log into Robin Reach for consolidated post performance or Native Insights

✅ Step 3: Enter Data in Sheet

  • For each post:

    • Add one row per platform (e.g., Diwali post across 5 platforms = 5 rows)

    • Ensure creative link and caption are attached

    • Add notes on any anomalies (e.g., boosted, manually uploaded, etc.)

✅ Step 4: Quarterly Comparative Analysis

At the end of each quarter:

  • Sort by Engagement and Reach to find:

    • Top 3 Highest Performing Posts

    • 3 Lowest Performing Posts

  • Compare by:

    • Format (static vs. reel)

    • Platform (e.g., IG vs. X)

    • Hook style (Offer-based vs. Emotional)

    • Festival type (Cultural vs. Global vs. Environmental)

✅ Step 5: Share Insights with Marketing Manager

  • Prepare a 1-pager or summary at the end of the sheet:

    • What worked (hooks, visuals, platforms)

    • What didn’t work (timing, CTA, visuals)

    • Recommendations for next quarter

  • Share via Slack or Email with subject:
🧾 Qx Festive Post Performance Summary – [Quarter Range]

✅ Notes:

  • Ignore boosted posts in comparative analysis unless all posts are paid

  • Reels/Stories should be tracked separately when native data is available

  • Focus more on actionable insights rather than just numbers

  • Adjust creative or caption strategy based on learnings (e.g., more local hooks, bolder CTA, time changes)
