To systematically collect, organize, and utilize authentic customer reviews across Google, App Store, Play Store, GMB, and Cashkr’s website to build brand credibility and fuel marketing efforts.

  • WhatsApp / Email / SMS CRM Tool

  • Google Drive – For storing screenshots

  • Notion or Sheets – Tracker

  • Cashkr App/Website – In-app nudges

🪜 Step-by-Step Process:

✅ Step 1: Identify Happy Customers (Timing Matters)

  • Ideal triggers to ask for reviews:

    • After successful order pickup & payment

    • After customer praises on call or WhatsApp

    • After NPS or CSAT rating of 8+
