Tools Required

  • Ubersuggest — backlink gap analysis & competitor link profiles.

  • Ahrefs / SEMrush (optional, if available) — advanced backlink data.

Process Steps

Step 1: Backlink Prospecting

(Weekly)

  1. Competitor Backlink Analysis (Ubersuggest → Backlinks → Competitor URL)

    • Export list of websites linking to competitors.

    • Filter for Domain Authority ≥ 30 and niche relevance.

  2. Google Search Operators

    Use queries like:

    • "write for us" + smartphone recycling

    • "guest post" + tech blog

    • "contribute" + mobile repair

  3. Content Relevance Check (Clickrank)

    • Ensure target site has relevant topics to Cashkr/BigBoldTech.com.

    • Discard spammy or irrelevant domains.

  4. Prioritize Targets

    • High DA + high traffic + niche relevance = priority outreach.

Step 2: Prepare Outreach Assets

  1. Content Link Assets (before outreach)

    • Well-researched blogs, guides, or case studies that are link-worthy.

    • Original research, infographics, or data-driven posts.

  2. Email Pitch Templates

    • Personalize for each prospect (mention their latest blog or achievement).

    • Keep subject lines short & direct.

    • Provide value before asking for a link (guest post, content suggestion, broken link fix).

Step 3: Outreach Execution

  1. Finding Contact Emails

    • Use Hunter.io or Snov.io for email addresses.

    • Validate emails before sending.

  2. Sending Outreach Emails

    • Email 1: Introduction + proposal of collaboration or content idea.

    • Follow-up 1: 5–7 days later — polite reminder.

    • Follow-up 2: 5–7 days later — final reminder.

  3. Types of Outreach Strategies

    • Guest Posting — offer to write relevant content for their site.

    • Broken Link Building — identify broken links & suggest your content as a replacement.

    • Linkable Asset Outreach — promote your original research or resource.

    • Brand Mentions — convert unlinked brand mentions into backlinks.

Step 4: Backlink Acquisition & Verification

  1. Once a backlink is acquired:

    • Verify live link (click and check if do-follow).

    • Record in Backlink Outreach Tracker:

      • URL of linking page

      • Anchor text used

      • Link type (do-follow / no-follow)

      • Date acquired

Step 5: Monthly Backlink Quality Review

  1. Ubersuggest / Ahrefs Check

    • Ensure backlinks are still live.

    • Remove toxic or spammy links using Google’s Disavow Tool if harmful.

  2. Performance Analysis

    • Check if backlinks improved target page’s ranking & organic traffic.

    • Identify top-performing backlink sources for future outreach.

Quality Standards

  • Target DA: 30+

  • Relevance: Directly related to tech, mobile, or recycling niche.

  • Link Type: 70%+ do-follow links.

  • Anchor Text: Natural & keyword-rich without over-optimization.
