🛠 Tools Required:

  • CRM Tool: Interakt / WATI (for WhatsApp)

  • Email Tool: Mailchimp / ConvertKit / GHL

  • Copy Drafts: Google Docs

  • Campaign Tracker: Google Sheets or Notion

  • Design Tool: Canva (for banners or HTML emails)

  • Google Analytics / CRM Insights (for performance tracking)


👥 Roles & Responsibilities:

📋 Step-by-Step Process:

  • Decide campaign objective: (e.g. order completion, app install, referral push)

  • Choose type: WhatsApp, Email, or both

  • Set target audience segment from CRM

  • Set frequency (one-time, drip, weekly, etc.)

🗂 Maintain campaign plan in tracker with:

  • Name

  • Date

  • Type

  • Goal

  • Audience

  • Owner

✅ Step 2: Copy & Creative Finalization

  • Copywriter drafts message (personalized, CTA-driven)

  • For Email: Include subject line, pre-header, button CTA

  • Designer creates visual if needed (banners, GIFs)

✅ Follow brand voice:

  • WhatsApp: Friendly, short, natural

  • Email: Informative, structured, clear CTA

✅ Step 3: Internal Approval

  • Marketing Manager reviews:

    • Clarity
