Log in to WorkIndia

Use filters to search profiles based on:

Job title

Relevant skills/keywords

Experience range

You may also repost the job listing or boost it if visibility is low.
✅ Step 3: Add Candidates to Hiring Tracker
Create a row in the tracker for each sourced candidate:

HR checks profiles based on:

❌ Skip candidates lacking minimum criteria — no further steps required
✅ Step 5: Mark Shortlisted Profiles

Shortlisting should happen within 48 hours of sourcing
