🎯 Objective:

To ensure a structured and efficient process for identifying, tracking, and shortlisting suitable candidates for open roles at Cashkr.


👥 Roles & Responsibilities:

🛠️ Tools Required:

  • WorkIndia – For sourcing applicants

  • Google Sheets – Hiring Tracker

  • Slack / Email – For internal coordination


📅 Step-by-Step Process:

✅ Step 1: Access JD and Role Requirements

  • Get the approved JD from the hiring tracker

  • Review required:

    • Skills

    • Minimum experience

    • Location preference

    • Role type (on-site, remote, intern, etc.)

✅ Step 2: Source Candidates

  • Log in to WorkIndia

  • Use filters to search profiles based on:

    • Job title

    • Relevant skills/keywords

    • City/Location

    • Experience range

You may also repost the job listing or boost it if visibility is low.

✅ Step 3: Add Candidates to Hiring Tracker

Create a row in the tracker for each sourced candidate:

✅ Step 4: Screen and Shortlist

HR checks profiles based on:

  • JD Match – Alignment with job responsibilities

  • Skills – Required tools or domain expertise

  • Experience – Meets minimum threshold

  • Location – Fits on-site/remote/hybrid need

❌ Skip candidates lacking minimum criteria — no further steps required

✅ Step 5: Mark Shortlisted Profiles

  • Update their status as “Shortlisted – Pending Interview”

  • Notify department head to begin next stage (interviews or test if applicable)


✅ Notes:

  • No formal screening test or questionnaire is used at this stage

  • Shortlisting should happen within 48 hours of sourcing

  • Maintain only relevant & active candidates in the tracker — archive outdated entries
