To define a clear and professional process for employees to resign and for HR to acknowledge the resignation formally.

🛠️ Tools Required:

  • Email (Official ID)

  • Google Drive / Employee Folder (for documentation)


📅 Step-by-Step Process:

✅ Step 1: Employee Submits Resignation

  • Employee composes an email to HR from their official Cashkr email

  • Subject: "Resignation - [Full Name] - [Last Working Date]"

  • Must mention:

    • Intended last working day (minimum 30 days from date of email)

    • Reason (optional but preferred)

    • Handover plans or points, if applicable

✅ Step 2: HR Acknowledges Resignation

  • Within 1 working day, HR replies with an official acknowledgment email

  • The email should include:

    • Confirmation of resignation receipt

    • Notice period and final working date

    • Next steps for offboarding (handover, final documents, etc.)

✅ Step 3: Record the Resignation

  • HR saves both the resignation and acknowledgment emails in:
    Drive → HR → Employee Exits → [Employee Name] → Resignation


📌 Notes:

  • Notice period is 30 days from date of resignation email

  • Early release requests (if any) must be discussed separately with HR and Department Head

  • Employees must serve the full notice unless officially waived by HR or CEO
