📅 Step-by-Step Process:
✅ Step 1: Employee Submits Resignation

Employee composes an email to HR from their official Cashkr email

Subject:
"Resignation - [Full Name] - [Last Working Date]" -
Must mention:

Intended last working day (minimum 30 days from date of email)

Reason (optional but preferred)

Handover plans or points, if applicable

✅ Step 2: HR Acknowledges Resignation

Within 1 working day, HR replies with an official acknowledgment email

The email should include:

Confirmation of resignation receipt

Notice period and final working date

Next steps for offboarding (handover, final documents, etc.)
