To clarify the company's stance on off-cycle salary payments and advance requests.

✅ Policy Statement:

Cashkr does not permit off-cycle payments or salary advances under any circumstances. All payments are processed only through the standard monthly payroll cycle.

📌 Notes:

• All employees are expected to plan their finances accordingly.

• Salary is credited monthly as per the defined cycle (10th of each month).

• Any exceptions (in case of system errors or overdues) are managed internally by HR and do not require employee initiation.
