How to Create Employee ID & Accounts
🎯 Objective:
To ensure all new employees have their necessary accounts created and credentials shared before Day 1, enabling a smooth and productive onboarding.

📅 Step-by-Step Process:
✅ Step 1: Collect Details Post Offer Acceptance
Gather the following details from the candidate (usually via pre-joining documents):

Joining Date

Role / Department

Personal Email (for sharing credentials)
✅ Step 2: Create Employee Email ID

Set a default password and enable 2FA if required

Add to appropriate Google Groups or access levels (if used)
✅ Step 3: Register in Petpooja HRMS

Log in to the Petpooja HR dashboard

Add new employee profile:

Assign access based on their role

Invite the new email ID to Slack workspace
