To ensure a structured, fair, and consistent interview process for evaluating candidates at Cashkr and identifying the best-fit talent.

  • Office meeting room (for in-person)

  • Google Sheets (Hiring Tracker)

  • Interview Evaluation Checklist


📅 Step-by-Step Process:


✅ Step 1: Schedule the Interview

  • HR confirms availability of the interviewer and candidate

  • Set up a Zoom link (for remote) or confirm address & time (for in-person)

  • Update the Hiring Tracker with scheduled date/time

✅ Step 2: Conduct First-Round Interview (Department Head)

✅ Use 15–30 mins to assess both technical and soft skills
✅ Mark feedback in the Hiring Tracker:

  • Status: “Cleared Round 1” / “Rejected”

  • Add notes and recommendations

✅ Step 3: Conduct Final Interview (CEO)

Focus Areas:

  • Vision and long-term alignment

  • High-level role understanding

  • Strategic mindset and growth potential

  • Behavioral cues and trustworthiness

✅ Keep session 15–30 mins
✅ Add feedback to Hiring Tracker: “Cleared Final” / “Rejected”

✅ Step 4: Finalize Decision

  • CEO gives final approval

  • HR updates:

    • Final Status: Selected / Rejected

    • Offer Ready or Closed with Notes

    • Any remarks or concerns

✅ Step 5: Post-Interview Communication

  • If Selected → Move to offer process

  • If Rejected → HR may archive the profile or inform the candidate (if applicable)


✅ Notes:

  • Always use the Interview Checklist Template (attach in Sheet or Doc)

  • Avoid bias or informal judgments — score based on competencies

  • Ensure interviews are completed within 3–5 days of shortlisting
