🛠️ Tools Required:

  • Google Docs (Exit Interview Notes)

  • Optional: Google Form (for future use if formalized)

📅 Step-by-Step Process:

✅ Step 1: Schedule Interview

  • HR schedules a 30-minute exit interview on the last working day

  • Participants: HR + CEO + Employee

  • Medium: In-office (preferred) or Zoom (for remote)

✅ Step 2: Conduct the Interview

Suggested questions to guide the discussion:

  1. What made you decide to leave Cashkr?

  2. What did you enjoy most about your role or team?

  3. What challenges or frustrations did you face?

  4. How would you rate the leadership support and communication?

  5. Were you satisfied with your growth or learning here?

  6. Do you have any suggestions to improve the company or work culture?

  7. Would you recommend Cashkr to others?

⚠️ Keep the tone friendly and neutral. Do not argue or justify — the goal is to listen.

✅ Step 3: Document Key Feedback

  • HR takes notes during the discussion

  • File is saved under:
Drive → HR → Employee Exits → [Employee Name] → Exit Interview Notes

✅ Step 4: Review and Learn (Suggested Practice)

  • HR shares a brief monthly summary with the CEO highlighting patterns or repeat issues

  • Use insights to improve onboarding, manager training, or internal policies if needed

📌 Notes:

  • Exit interview is mandatory

  • Must be conducted even during notice-period WFH cases (via Zoom)

  • Maintain confidentiality unless major violations or red flags are raised
